Dear Esteemed Participants,
It is with great pleasure and honor that I extend a warm welcome to each of you to the MUNBU24 . As the Secretary-General, I am privileged to witness the coming together of brilliant minds representing diverse nations and perspectives to foster diplomatic solutions to the world's most pressing issues. This year, we will have ten committees; GA: 1 DISEC, UNCND, UNWomen, ILO, UNSC, NATO, ICJ, JCC: First Scottish Independence War, HCC: Cabinet of Louis XVI and Conférence de Berlin (which will be held in French, which also marks a first for MUNBU). I sincerely hope you enjoy our committees and I hope that over the four days in which MUNBU24 will take place, engage in debates, negotiate resolutions, and build bridges of understanding that transcend the challenges facing our world today. Through dedication to the principles of diplomacy, you, the participants, will have the power to contribute to solutions that will shape the course of our shared future. I extend my gratitude to my academic team, Director General Faruk Arda Uluocak, and Deputy Director General Gül Deniz Sugüneş who have worked tirelessly to make this conference a reality. Their dedication is a testament to how important the MUNBU family is to us.May this conference be a transformative experience for each participant, inspiring you to carry the spirit of diplomacy and cooperation. May your time here in Bilkent University be filled with fruitful discussions, lasting connections, and a shared commitment to building a brighter future for all.Sincerely,

Umay Göllü,
Secretary General of MUNBU24
